**Solution:**

Option(**A**) is correct

Growth in rupees terms:

$= \left[\dfrac{(\text{Exports})_{2000-2001}- (\text{Exports})_{99-2000}}{(\text{Exports})_{99-2000}}\right]×100$

$= \left[\dfrac{1020.51 -911.86}{911.86}\right]×100$

$=11.9\%$

Question should be re-framed. It's not quite clear from the language that in which year the dollar rate decreased.

I don't see how it's not clear.

Can you suggest something clearer?

how are you getting 911.

it is actually 947.87
