Aggregate number of students who liked the movies $P, Q, R, S, T, U$ and $V$ is:

$=10+9+1+4+6+3+8 $

$=41$

So, the number of students who liked the movie W:

$=43-41=2$

Therefore, the number of students who did not like the movie

$W =10-2 $

$= 8$
