In order to find out the average enrolment (high school) we will have to convert the present class interval are in inclusive (Upper limit included) from to exclusive form.

For this we subtract 0.5 from the lower limit of each interval and add 0.5 to the upper limit.

After doing that we find the mean of the interval.
