 A.

4/13

 B.

2/13

 Hide Ans

Solution:
Option(D) is correct

There are 13 spade and 3 more jack

Probability of getting spade or a jack:

\(=\dfrac{13+3}{52}\)

\(=\dfrac{4}{13}\)

So probability of getting neither spade nor a jack:

\(=1-\dfrac{4}{13}\)

\(=\dfrac{9}{13}\)
