Percentage of engineers:

$= \dfrac{80}{360}×100$

$= 22.22\%$

Almost 20% can be less than 35.

⇒ At least 2.22%

i.e., $\dfrac{2.22}{22.22}× 100 = \textbf{10%}$ of engineers were of age 35 or above and less than 45 years.
