Solution:
Option(A) is correct

The Supervisor of the institute opened a room named Biswachakra and found that one item was a bag.

We know that there are two rooms with a bag as one of the items – Biswachakra (1 Bag + 1 Computer) and Bagbahadur (2 Bags). Since the name plate of every room is changed such that no room contains its actual name, the room named Biswachakra will have two bags.

Hence, option A is the correct choice.
