Option(B) is correct

Here sentence 3 is an example of sentence 4. Therefore 3 will come after 4.
Now as we go by elimination method only option B and C remains.

Now go by ACRONYM Method IBBF in sentence 1 and Indian Body-Building Federation in sentence 3. Therefore sentence 3 will come before 1 as full form of the acronym is stated in sentence 3 and only afterwards short form is used in sentence 1. Hence only option B remains which is the correct answer.

Since point 4 is started with 'it' so a sentence can't be started with this. There sould be subject 1st, I think option 1 should be right.

Why do you think that a paragraph can not start with 'It'. Here is one example starting with 'it'.

It is a good idea to occasionally use linking words and phrases at the start of a new paragraph. They can help to link what you have said in the previous paragraph to what you are about to say in your new paragraph.
